Siwan, Bihar | June 20, 2025 —
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during his rally in Siwan, took a sharp dig at the Congress and RJD, accusing them of ruining Bihar through years of misrule and corruption.
He said,
“Bihar has remained backward because of the corruption, dynasty politics, and short-sighted policies of these two parties.”
PM Modi pointed out that issues like mass migration, unemployment, and poor infrastructure are a direct result of their rule. He contrasted this with the development works launched under his government, including new rail lines, housing, and clean energy projects.
His remarks are seen as part of a larger political strategy to target the opposition ahead of the 2025 state elections.
